DTM, as general partner purchased South Park buildings 1, 2 and 3 totaling 161,000sf, a small, distressed portfolio located in Greenwood, Indiana. At acquisition the occupancy was approximately 50% and all three buildings required significant capital improvements and lease-up. The 2020 Covid pandemic and subsequent exodus to remote work created market uncertainty and unforeseen challenges, that the quality of the real estate enabled us to overcome. We are proud to share that 2 plus years later, occupancy is soon to be just under 90% and we are now offering the three-building portfolio for sale.
