Ezra is Founder and President of DTM Real Estate, a Development, Acquisition and Management firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Ezra has touched on a number of primary functions and/or ancillary industries including land title, real estate valuation, brokerage, property management, receivership, acquisition, due diligence underwriting and development services.

Today, the main focus of DTM is development, as Ezra spends majority of his time leading the company’s development efforts. His body of work experience serves him well as he continues to teach and grow DTM’s young, developer talent. His years in the business and built relationships help position DTM for new development. Our team approach and diversity give us a critical thinking skillset for problem solving, which we do well and is the crux of the business.

Our company has a history of both repositioning and investing in distressed assets. Ezra assists our team with due diligence of opportunistic distressed asset acquisitions. This is another space where his body of experience brings a lot of value to the team. He is truly enjoying helping to develop DTM’s “what’s next” strategies and excited about the company’s exceptional talent.

When he is not working or brainstorming at DTM, or giving back to the Indianapolis community, Ezra enjoys spending time with family (his 6 grandchildren). Lighting up the backyard grill is a favorite past time.

Diana Burdix

Diana currently serves DTM Real Estate as a developer. Her attention to detail, ability to work through complex situations, and combined past and present experience prepared her for her role in this space. Diana is an extremely effective communicator with a strong ability to negotiate. Her responsibilities in addition to supporting the team includes identifying new development opportunities, underwriting new deal opportunities, researching and maintaining funding sources, and relationship building.

Diana’s 10 years of real estate experience began in property management on DTM’s property accounting team. Having the financial understanding of how funds flow through a property served her well as she was promoted to onsite management teams, first as an assistant and then onsite property manager. Her management experience includes commercial and multi-family residential, consisting of mixed use, market rate and tax credit properties. The management of tax credit and mixed-use residential properties requires a niche understanding of numerous regulations and compliance requirements. Diana holds an HCCP certification, Tax Credit Specialist certification, fair housing, and LIHTC and Rental Housing Development Finance training. Now as a developer, her commercial real estate experience allows her to bring a different perspective to DTM development projects.

Diana enjoys travel, art appreciation and hanging out with family around a scrumptious meal.

Tiffany Faye Johnson

Architect-Project Management

For 20 years, Tiffany Johnson has managed projects and architectural design through all design phases including initial concept, preliminary design, renovation and historic preservation projects. She has also participated in design and construction budgets up to $30 million for K-12 educational institutions and university campuses among other real estate types. She developed project schedules, budgets and communication standards in accordance with project goals and schedules for team management and client approval. She provided oversight, monitoring and adjustment to plan components and prepared contracts and contract language for services rendered for all phases of projects. She has also, led negotiations to include management of any discrepancies and challenges. Her extensive knowledge of Local, State and Federal Government Codes, standards and policies allows her to guide project teams in operating systems, regulatory issues of fund administration, human resource staffing, reporting, and budgeting. In addition to architectural expertise, she has proven leadership skills which she has utilized to assist organizations and groups with their development of Mission, Vision, Branding, Office Standards, project manual development and other corporate consultancy. Tiffany has experience with prominent firms to include A2S04 Architecture, HCO Architects, Fanning/Howey Associates and City of Indianapolis Dept. of Metropolitan Development.
